These inspections do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or certification of a vehicle’s mechanical condition, safety, or roadworthiness. Inspections are based on available information at the time of assessment, and AutoHUB EU Inc assumes no liability for undisclosed defects, prior repairs, tampering, or future mechanical failures. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoHUB EU Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if AutoHUB EU Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The client agrees that AutoHUB EU Inc’s liability is strictly limited to the fee paid for the inspection or service and does not extend to any financial loss, repairs, or disputes arising from the vehicle’s condition.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoHUB EU Inc, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
